Beyond Violence - Moving Forward

Thanks for visiting!

    Beyond Violence started with my television show at Nutmeg TV in
Plainville, CT where I Produce and host the show. I have an expert crew that helps me to put this show on the air every Friday night on Comcast cable: Channel 5 from 8:30-9 pm.Also you can go on Ch. 99 if you have ATT-U-Verse which is State-wide. In the future they hope to be able to watch their shows from your computer...but not now.
     We need more resources to give the victims about what programs are out there and where, to get away from your abuser.  Most victims are kept in isolation, financially straped, stalked, confused, and emotionally abused.  The victims, family, and friends of the victim(s), need to know where to go for shelter, food, therapy, money, protection, child care, and more...
    Beyond Violence is focused on your needs to help you with a safety plan, know you're not alone, and know it's not your fault.  The abuser has decreased your self-esteem, will power, and self-image to keep you in place, slave to his/her needs, isolated, financially dependent on him/her, and depressed.
We will do everything we can to move you beyond violence.

   You can change your life around through support groups, education, and staying around positve people that will only reinforce all your good qualities;
 which are many I'm sure of it!

   Look around our website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact us at christinerodrigue@beyondviolence.net or fill-in the contact information and I will write you back. If your not from this area, I will find the information you need for your area.
    This site is to find resources, vent, ask questions, to help you move on beyond the violence. Your needs are of the utmost importance. We're committed to meeting those needs.
    We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust by showing you our genuine kindness, empathy, understanding, and concern for your safety.
 Our concern is for the needs of the entire family unit. The abuser was once the abused and grew to be the abuser. We're here to help you find referrals to: programs, positive support groups, writing groups, financial needs, shelter, food, and more...

We hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to our website. There's much more to come!
